At House of Thalpa, we craft each piece with meticulous care and artisanal expertise. While we hope every item brings delight, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our process is designed to be seamless, transparent, and respectful of your luxury experience.
Return Policy
Eligible Returns:
- Online orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Include the packing slip or order number for reference.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- A prepaid return label will be provided.
- Returned items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the label.
- Upon inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect order or transit damage.
- Tax will be refunded according to applicable laws.
Exchange & Eligibility Notes
- Exchanges are not available for natural variations in fabric or for minor imperfections inherent in handmade creations.
- Proof of purchase is required for exchanges, credits, or refunds.
- House of Thalpa reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in like-new condition due to misuse, damage, or neglect.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

- Retain all original packaging if you anticipate a return.
