Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping for domestic areas within the US is complimentary unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For orders shipping outside the United States, customers are responsible for all import duties,shipping, customs fees, and taxes associated with delivery.

The delivery window begins once your order is handed to the carrier. While estimated lead times are provided for each product, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to variations in carrier logistics, destination, and product type.

When your item has completed its handmade production process and is ready to ship, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.

Production & Expedited Shipping

All House of Thalpa products are artisan-made by hand. Due to the nature of our production process, expedited shipping or rush orders are not available.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items ship on the date specified on the product page. Estimated ship dates are provided at time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. All sales are final.

Third-Party Delivery Services

House of Thalpa arranges delivery through selected third-party carriers.

We act solely as a facilitator between the customer and the delivery service and are not an agent of either party. As such, House of Thalpa is not liable for any actions or delays caused by third-party delivery services.

However, should your item arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately within 24 hrs of receiving the product. We will coordinate a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

Additional Handling Fees

Shipping rates may vary by region, and oversize or specialty items may include extra handling or freight charges.

In the event of a significant variance in final shipping costs, you will be contacted prior to dispatch for approval of the additional charge.
